Gilead HIV

Gilead is working to end the HIV epidemic for good.

A global leader in HIV treatment and prevention, Gilead medicines have save countless lives around the world and helped to prevent untold new HIV infections. But beyond their medicines, Gilead also invests in communities and breakthrough programs to combat the HIV in the U.S.

For 15 years, AIDSVu—a partnership between Gilead and Emory University—has been transforming HIV data into actionable insights through interactive maps, service locators, and expert insights. AIDSVu empowers communities, researchers, policymakers, and advocates to drive meaningful change in HIV.

In 2010, Gilead established the FOCUS program to enable partners to develop and share best practices in HIV and viral hepatitis screening, diagnosis and linkage to care. Through the program, Baton Rouge, LA cut late-stage HIV diagnoses in half.
